Elba Aleatico 2009 (vino SLOW), ricco di profumi, china e amarene sotto spirito… Aleatico di chiara identità, esempio pregevole di un vino a rischio di estinzione e quindi da tutelare.

Bandiera dell’enologia elbana… Affidabilità, costanza e coerenza stilistica rappresentano i suoi punti di forza, unitamente alla qualità talvolta eccelsa del suo Aleatico. L’annata 2009 ne è un fulgido esempio.
Il primo vino d’eccellenza elbano non poteva non essere un Aleatico. E, aggiungiamo, non poteva non essere dell’Acquabona.
