Here is what the Guide I Vini d’Italy 2015 says about us:

Flag of Elba oenology.... Reliability, constancy and stylistic consistency represent its strengths, together with the quality, sometimes excellent, of its Aleatico. Alongside the qualitative consolidation of Aleatico, once again at the top of the type, the company's whites, increasingly defined and characterized, also show constant growth"

Grapes are usually harvested from the vineyard from early September until early November in the northern hemisphere, and mid February until early March in the southern hemisphere.

In some cool areas in the southern hemisphere, for example Tasmania, harvesting extends into May. The most common species of wine grape is Vitis Vinifera, which includes nearly all varieties of European origin.
