50 hectoliters per hectare) gives a good structure and valuable tannic balance to Elba Rosso, which is in any case placed in the bottle after adequate maturation in the cellar, generally in the year following the harvest.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It goes well with first courses with meat sauce, red meats and medium-aged cheeses.<br \/>\nIt is served in large glasses at a temperature of about 18 degrees.<br \/>\nThe annual production is about 8,500 bottles. Merlot.<br \/>\nIt has a ruby red color, with a fresh, intense and persistent aroma, with hints of red fruit and undergrowth.<br \/>\nThe taste is dry, full-bodied, harmonious, with pleasant roughness in youth that fades with time.
