On the nose it reveals delicate floral notes and berries, the taste is fresh and lively, harmonious, pleasant. <\/p>\n<p>It is bottled in early spring to preserve all its fragrance:<\/p>\n<p>It goes well with seafood appetizers, fish soups, shellfish or grilled fish, as well as white meats, rabbit and lamb in particular.<br \/>\nThe production is about 9,000 bottles. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elba Rosato Acquabona is obtained from predominantly Sangiovese grapes, with Syrah as a complement.
